This podcast isn’t about comfort, it’s about challenge. The way Christians engage with the Bible must change. Truth needs to be restored through historical context, cultural insight, and careful, disciplined study. But Jesus' teaching about generosity was never simply about a number.
In this episode of The Distorted Truth Podcast, we look at the story of a widow who gave two small coins and discover that Jesus wasn't measuring her gift by its amount. He was revealing the posture of her heart.
Generosity is not about earning God's favor, checking off a spiritual obligation, or finding the minimum requirement. Under grace, God isn't asking for a percentage of our lives. He invites us to surrender all of it.
This episode challenges us to move beyond asking: "How much should I give?"
